Our latest project, a contemporary kitchen remodel, is a testament to the power of thoughtful design and premium materials. Nestled in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona in the Northwood Manor community, this kitchen remodel was an exercise in creating a modern, functional space that respects its remarkable location.

Josh, owner and expert designer at Hunt’s Kitchen & Design, conceptualized a kitchen that is as elegant as it is functional. The kitchen design leans heavily on contemporary aesthetics, featuring clean lines and uncluttered spaces, synonymous with the style. However, the blending of natural elements lends it a warmth that contrasts beautifully with its modernity.

A key element of this design is the white slab door with a rift-cut white oak veneer finish. This selection was intentionally chosen to balance the contemporary feel with a more natural touch, adding depth to the overall aesthetic. The cabinets, which play a crucial role in any kitchen’s functionality and appearance, come from Bellmont Cabinetry, a reputable manufacturer based in Seattle. The quality and craftsmanship of Bellmont Cabinetry is undeniable and contributes significantly to the project’s success.

Complementing the cabinetry and wooden finishes is a simple, yet striking, white quartz countertop from Bolder Image Quartz, a local Phoenix business. The white quartz adds a subtle elegance, enhancing the kitchen’s bright, open feel.

The project, which cost between $75,000 and $100,000, was a collaborative effort with several top-tier vendors, manufacturers and contractors. This collaboration ensured the newly renovated kitchen not only met, but exceeded our client’s expectations.

This newly remodeled kitchen is a perfect blend of contemporary design, high-quality materials, and skilled craftsmanship.
